Terms & Conditions
Screening
A screening option must be shared in order to book a date with me. This is for safety purposes. Your information is never shared.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. All deposits made are non-refundable. I require a deposit on all bookings even if we have met before. Accepted deposit methods: Interac E-transfer PayPal. E-gift Card If preferred, you may pay the full balance at time of booking via Interac or PayPal.
Deposits for Virtual Bookings
Full payment for virtual bookings is required at time of booking. In the event that we are scheduling a virtual call immediately, the full payment must be processed before the call can begin.
Deposits for Tours / FMTYs
Travel fees and flights will be added to the total price for a FMTY. A 50% deposit of the booking fee is required at time of booking. The travel fees and flight costs are to be sent along with the deposit at time of booking. The deposit will not be transferrable and is non-refundable.
Payments
Payments are to be made at the beginning of the date. Please have the fee in an envelope and have it ready immediately upon meeting. Accepted payments: CAD Cash PayPal Interac E-transfer (send at least 1 Hour before our date start time to ensure time for processing). If we are meeting in public, the fee is still due at the beginning of the date — please have it in a card. Payments are always due promptly at the beginning of our date, no matter how many times we have met before.
Deposit Due Times
Once a date and time are confirmed, the appointment is considered booked and that time is reserved in my calendar. The deposit is then due by the following times: Deposits for pre-bookings are due within 6 hours. Deposits for same-day bookings are due within 1 hour. If an appointment has been booked and the required deposit is not received by the required times, the booking will be considered cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a booking are subject to a 50% fee. Bookings can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice, with the exception of Tours/FMTYs. Deposits for Tours/FMTYs will not be transferrable and are non-refundable. All bookings are limited to one reschedule. Bookings cannot be reduced in session length or price when rescheduled. You must reschedule at time of cancellation — I do not hold credits in the event a cancellation was given with 48 Hours notice, but no new date/time is selected. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited. If a duo partner cancels for any reason, refunds and rescheduling will not be offered — the appointment will proceed as a one-on-one session or you may choose to book another available provider.
Cancellations Made by Phoebe
If I cancel our date due to not being able to make the appointment, the client will then have the option to reschedule or be refunded.
Lateness
Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are running late, please note the booking will still end at the scheduled time.
Photo ID Required for Clients Appearing Under 25
I see men, women, and couples 20 years or older. Proof of age (20+) will be required to bring to the date for any client who appears under 25. A physical copy of the ID must be shown at the beginning of the date — even if the client screened via ID during the booking process. Clients who appear under 25 do not need to send their licence digitally; screening can be done another way during the booking process, but they must bring a physical copy of their ID to the appointment.
Safety & Boundaries
All supplies required for our date are supplied by me. Please note that I will not use supplies given by the client. All activities require a barrier/protection for my safety and yours. I will end a date if my boundaries are disrespected or I feel unsafe.
Hygiene & Showers
All clients are required to shower and use mouthwash upon arrival at my incall. If I am visiting you, please be freshly showered and use mouthwash. Please offer me a shower and clean towel at your place.
Multi-Hour Bookings
All bookings 3 hours and longer must have time to socialise over drinks or food. Bookings 4–8 hours must begin over dinner at a restaurant (or room service if preferred). All overnight bookings must include dinner and 8 hours of sleep. Bookings 24 hours and longer must include all of the above, and also include 30–45 minutes of personal time for me to shower and get ready for the day.
Date Expenses
Any date expenses during our time together (meals, social events, Ubers, etc.) are to be covered by the client.
Review Policy
Any reviews posted of our time together online must not contain specific explicit details, or acronyms, Consent and boundaries come from me directly, and I do not permit any client to consent on my behalf.
Date Termination
In the extremely rare event I need to end a date due to client behaviour, there will be no refund of the deposit or funds paid. This could be for violating any of the above terms or not following my etiquette. Please note I will end the booking immediately if the person who shows up is not the same person in the screening photo.
